Safeguarding Week - June 2023

During Safeguarding Week, QED Training in partnership with Caremax 24/7 (an agency providing nurses, care assistants and support workers) will be running a series of courses designed to: 

• Bring everyone up to speed on the latest Safeguarding laws and regulations

• Link these laws with other statutes such as the Care Act, Data Protection, Employment Law,Equalities Act, Health & Safety  as well as Modern Slavery

• Explain what’s coming next in this parliamentary session such as the On-Line Safety Bill

• Help you audit your existing policies and procedures without having to reinvent the wheel

• Raise awareness on a range of topics such as those listed below

• Signpost further sources of information and support
