Our booking arrangements are simple and very secure.

We finalise delivery with you two weeks before the training delivery date.

​

Cancellation fees of 50% will then be charged if you cancel the course two weeks before the event and 100% a week before. Before imposing any fee, we will work hard to reschedule the course.

The booking form captures  key information including any specific needs you might have regarding access and/or training course content

​

We will only record the course with participants full consent on the day in accordance with our Privacy Policy signposted on the website.

​

Feedback on the course is taken on the day but you will also have full free access to our more detailed post course evaluation arrangements.

​

All training handouts and any additional materials requested will be sent to you within seven working days of the course closure.
