Make sure that what you write in 2024 is right on!

 

Right in terms of being:-

  • Free of sex or race bias

  • Alert to words or terms that might offend those with disabilities

  • Sensitive to different aspects of cultural communication in diverse communities

  • Defensible if you are referred to the UK Advertising  Standards Authority(ASA)  for      breaching the regulations  

All this applies to what you write and how you illustrate:-

  • Advertising material

  • Brochures

  • Leaflets

  • Social Media Messages




Next year, as mentioned in our last newsletter, we will see new legislation relating to consumers, sexual harassment and online safety.
