Welfare Benefits - Universal Credit

This course gives people all the tools they need to be able to accurately advise on benefit entitlement. Case studies focus on Universal Credit (UC) and Personal Independence Payments (PIP) with additional helpful hints and tactics on how best to support clients
through the complexity of all other aspects/topics within the welfare benefits system.
