Cancellation Policy
Our booking arrangements are simple and very secure. We finalise delivery with you two weeks before the training delivery date. Cancellation fees of 50% will then be charged if you cancel the course two weeks before the event and 100% a week before. Before imposing any fee, we will work hard to reschedule the course. The booking form captures key information including any specific needs you might have regarding access and/or training course content We will only record the course with participants full consent on the day in accordance with our Privacy Policy signposted on the website. Feedback on the course is taken on the day but you will also have full free access to our more detailed post course evaluation arrangements. All training handouts and any additional materials requested will be sent to you within seven working days of the course closure.
